COVID-19 Response

To our Valued Business Partners,

In the light of recent developments with respect to the COVID 19 global outbreak, Pryme Group and Hydratron Ltd are reaching out to all Suppliers and Customers to advise of where we stand and what we are doing.

We want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the situation along with any potential impacts it may have on the work we do for you, our supply chain and our workforce. We are following Government advice and taking all possible precautions.

Our manufacturing personnel are fortunately all local to their workplace and consequently travelling is de facto limited. Non-essential external business meetings are now practically all cancelled. We have enhanced cleaning procedures and implemented preventive measures to limit close interaction of our employees.

We have contacted our suppliers and are working with them to ensure that critical material and services do not suffer disruptions.

If you would like more information about the actions, we are taking, please do not hesitate to contact us ([email protected] , Mrs Zeina Melville, Group Commercial Director and/or Findlay Beveridge, Hydratron Managing Director at [email protected] ).

Meanwhile, we confirm that we are working through a large order book but still have headroom. We envisage no problems with delivering our current orders and if you wish to mitigate for any risk of shortage or disruption, we will work with you to increase our production to meet your needs. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with your usual contact in our organisation to action such request and/or our Group Commercial Director (whose email is stated above).

Should your business have been impacted by the outbreak, then we would ask if you can inform us so that we can collaborate in resolving any problems that you foresee.

We thank you in advance for your co-operation and we will keep you informed of further developments.

Best regards,

Findlay Beveridge
